Surveillance Systems Operators (CCTV Operators)

Our Surveillance Systems Operators (CCTV operators) are fully trained and licensed by SIRA for the execution of their duties. They are exceedingly observant with a high level of concentration and entrusted with many responsibilities ranging from operating and monitoring banks of screens to reporting incidents as evidence.
Throughout every duty undertaken, our CCTV operators maintain integrity and accuracy and ensure the confidentiality of all information gained by compliance in line with standards and legislation. They are trained with the necessary skills to respond to the real-time incidents. They are proficient in daily system checks, live video monitoring, live incident tracking, retrieving recorded images, handling access control and maintaining security records.

Events Security Management

Our SIRA licensed security personnel are fully trained to handle all your event security needs. They are experienced in overseeing and managing the entire event from the beginning to the end. They are well prepared to use techniques to deal with any complications and situations that may arise. They are well versed with the procedures for the security screening, parking access control, swift response to incidents and environment monitoring. Our In-house risk assessment team performs a thorough risk assessment prior to the event to ensure we are prepared for all contingencies.
